A will contest is a formal objection raised against the validity of a will. It is often based on the contention that the will does not reflect the actual intent of the person who made it, because of lack of capacity to execute legal documents, dementia, insane delusion, or vulnerability to undue influence or fraud.
Robin H. Balsam P.S. has experience both in pursuing and defending against will contests. A will may be challenged in its entirety, or only in part.
